Free media – day 85

Free media

As I was searching online about the freedom of the media, I’ve found this:

(quoting)

The United Nations’ 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states:

“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression;

this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference,

and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers”

Not in my country, United Nations, not in my country.

Perspective

No matter how dark it is, I believe that the light shall prevail.

It’s all about the perspective.

Viktor – day 82

Viktor

This is portrait of my older son Viktor (9).

He loves Minecraft, pixel art and has a dream to become scientist.

Few years ago, he told me that he would make a machine that can make us invisible.

I hope you will do it one day, son. We all need to be invisible sometimes.

Ohrid at dawn – day 81

Ohrid at dawn

I am not huge fan of landscapes, but Ohrid, the town I live in, is worthy for painting.

Earrings – day 80

Earrings

Out of 42 pairs of earrings on the shelf, I choose to paint those because they are red.

(Note: No women’s feelings were hurt while creating this painting)

Fire alarm – day 79

Fire alarm

Truth be told:

We didn’t start the fire.

It was always burning,

since the world’s been turning.

We didn’t start the fire.

No, we didn’t light it,

but we tried to fight it.
