What to expect:
Paint and travel – Art retreat is a custom-made experience, created to give you relaxing escape from the stress of everyday life.
During your stay, you will have an opportunity not only to express your creativity and engage with other people, but also explore the beauty of Ohrid and enjoy its traditional food as well.
After all, our goal is to ensure that you will have an enjoyable and worry-free stay from your arrival to the moment you leave.
Workshops
Specifically designed for every level of knowledge and experience, these workshops are a great possibility to enhance your creative potential and awake the artist within you.
In a step-by-step process, you will not only learn the basics of painting, but you will be equipped with the skill to continue to paint on your own in the future. Moreover, it will also build your self-confidence in making art.
As a result, at the end of every workshop, you will have your own painting ready to be hanged on your wall. Therefore, make sure you have enough space in your suitcase to take them home with you.
Workshops will be held by Toni Popov, a professional painter with over a decade of experience.
Since 2016, he holds painting workshops for children and adults in Macedonia and Scandinavia and in 2020, in Ohrid, he started the summer school for children “Try art”. As a part of the school, up until now, he was mentoring more than 100 children.
Currently lives in Ohrid, together with his wife and three kids.

Accommodation
Accommodation is in the village of Elshani, 600m from the Ohrid Lake and 10km from Ohrid city center.
Surrounded by a lush garden, each of the air-conditioned units features 2 separate beds, flat-screen TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and small porch.
Located on the hill, this property offers peace and privacy for the painting workshops.
Price:
Full price – 1.400€ per person.
Early booking (by Dec 31st 2023) – 1.200€ per person.
Registration closing on Jan 31st 2024.
Included in the price:
Transport from and to the airport and accommodation for 7 nights is included. Also, all meals and snacks during your stay, as well as soft drinks, water and coffee. Alcoholic drinks will be limited.
All the materials needed for the workshops are provided, such as easels, canvas, paper, brushes, aprons etc.
Group transport to and from every place visited during the stay, tickets for the boat tour, museums and small boats in St. Naum springs.
Not included in the price:
Airplane tickets, travel insurance and personal transport during your stay are not included in the price.
